• Please arrive at the designated location 5 minute(s) before the scheduled classctime, as the class will start on time
• The personal color test takes approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on the amount of people
• It is best to remove any makeup and colored lenses. Avoid changes in skin color so the staff can find the most suitable color for you
• We provide services in Korean, English, and Russian
• We encourage you to bring your personal daily cosmetics to help our experts test and recommend appropriate products and colors
• Only those who have made a reservation are permitted to enter. Family members and traveling companions who don't have reservations are not permitted
• [Important] Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time. If you are more than 15 minutes late from your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, no refunds or cancellations will be possible.
